Photo and Video Consent

What you're choosing

Your coach, or MILO, may take or receive photos and videos of you training, or you may share them. This consent is about using them in public, to promote your coach's coaching or MILO: on websites, social media, emails, ads and printed materials, together with your first name and training results (for example, "Jordan squatted 100 kg").

If you say yes

• Your coach and MILO may use, edit and publish photos and videos of you for promotion, without paying you and without asking you before each use.
• The photos and videos belong to whoever took them. You can ask your coach or MILO to stop using a particular one at any time.
• For athletes under 18: we and coaches never publish a last name, school, team location, or anything that shows where you can be found.

If you say no

Your coach and MILO won't publish photos or videos of you. Your coaching doesn't change.

Private coaching is separate

Whatever you choose, your coach may record or review videos of your technique for coaching. Those stay private between you and the coaches in your channel.

Changing your mind

You can change your answer any time on your account page. If you withdraw consent, we and your coach stop new uses and remove photos and videos from places we control within a reasonable time. We can't recall printed materials or copies others have already shared.

Athletes under 18

If the athlete is under 18, their parent or legal guardian makes this choice for them. The athlete or the guardian can withdraw it at any time.
